Artist turned abandoned shop into attractive building with wooden jacket

Russian artist, Nikolay Polissky, has successfully wrapped around an abandoned Soviet building which used to contain the village shop but stood as a ruin of the last 10 years turning it into an amazing and attractive architectural building. Situated in Ugra National Park, the Seplo Pavilion or The Rural Consumer Association in Russian has been transformed by Nikolay’s wood off cut from previous project and formed creative environment for people to interact with.
