Some parts of the world could be said so rich a store of art, music, architecture, or so intense a range of natural beauty, from craggy mountains to verdant hills to coasts of shattering beauty. 1. Burano Island

With its famous Le Sirenuse hotel and a prime location on the Amalfi Coast, Positano is one of Italy's most lust-worthy coastal towns. It look like a ramshackle birthday cake; mismatched shelves of color tumbling down mountainsides to the sea.
