Artist puts solar system and galaxies in glass spheres

Many forms of galaxy arts have been revealed to let people see how the outside world looks like. It comes in video, drawings, oil paintings and even glasses. Satoshi Tomizu is a Japanese glass artist who brought the universe into glass spheres consisting of opal planets and flecks of real gold.

Tomizu’s glass work recently won an Atelier Nova Design Award and displayed at the Handmade in Japan Festival. You can follow his Facebook page to find out much more of his glass work and more videos.
